This website (sidekicksports.com.au) and the Sidekick mobile app are operated by SandenHub Pty Ltd (“SandenHub”, “we”, “us”), a company based in Australia. We are committed to protecting your personal information and handling it in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We collect the following kinds of personal information:

• Waitlist and contact details: the email address you submit when joining a waitlist or contacting us, and the message you send.
• App account information: if you use the Sidekick app, information such as your name, email, team role, and the details you add to your team (for example player profiles, schedules and messages).
• Usage and device data: basic technical information such as your browser type, device, and pages visited, collected to keep the service secure and working.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without the involvement of a parent, guardian or team administrator.

We use personal information to:

• add you to a waitlist and notify you when access opens;
• respond to your enquiries;
• provide, maintain and improve the website and the app;
• process payments you choose to make through the app (such as registrations, gift funds or the fine fund); and
• meet our legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use waitlist emails for unrelated marketing.
